Kenneth L. Holkestad

Holkestad, Kenneth L. age 77, passed away Feb. 22, 2014. Preceded in death by loving wife, Nancy. Survived by daughter, Tamara; sons, Keith (Pam), Troy (Kris), Kurt (Margaret); grandchildren, Peter, Matt, Ross, Kory, Jake; great-grandson, James. He retired from General Mills after 42 years. He was an enthusiastic falconer his entire life, a member of both the North American and Minnesota Falconers Associations. He enjoyed being a wildlife artist, the outdoors and had a love for nature. Ken had a great love for life and will be greatly missed. We will be celebrating his life with a Memorial Service on Wed., Feb. 26, 2014 at the Fountains of Ramsey Event Center, 7533 Sunwood Dr., Ramsey, MN, 55303. Gathering from 3-7 pm, Memorial at 4 pm. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations made to the Raptor Center of MN.
