Kotowicz, Amy Dmytruk and Thomas Kotowicz; grandchildren, Keri, Kelly and Andrew; great-granddaughter, Raylyn; brothers, Adam and Joe (Halina); sister, Teresa (Daniel) Wojdyla. Visitation at KOZLAK- RADULOVICH CHAPEL 1918 University Ave. NE Tuesday from 5 to 8 PM with Vigil Prayers at 7 PM. Mass of Christian Burial at the CHURCH OF ALL SAINTS 435 NE 4th St. Wednesday at 10 AM with visitation one hour prior. Interment Hillside Cemetery.
