Constant, Carol Ruth (nee Stubbs) Age 94, born 2/1/1919, died 11/12/2013 at Camilia Rose Care Center. Lived in St Paul most of her life. Preceded in death by parents, Clifford and Alice, sister Lee Quall and brother Elwyn. Survived by brother Gerald wife Rita, sister Wini Mehrman and many nephews and nieces. Celebration of her life will be at Camilia Rose Care Center, 11800 Xeon Boulevard NW, Coon Rapids on Saturday 12/14/13 at 1 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to family for donation to Allina Health Hospice Foundation.
