McGinn, Kathy A. 63, of St. Paul, died peacefully Nov. 13, 2013 surrounded by loving family. Preceded in death by parents, Floyd & Ruth. Survived by brother, Mike (Judy); nieces, Kristen, Jessica, Laura (Craig) Bymark; great nieces, Cecilia & Zoe. Kathy was a 911 operator for the City of Minneapolis for 19 years. Funeral service noon Saturday at Kessler & Maguire Funeral Home (640 W. 7th St.) with a visitation starting at 10 am.
