Lambrecht, Ann Maitri age 48, a local jewelry designer known for her enthusiasm for friends, travel, and art died suddenlywhile on a trip to India with friends September 16, 2013. Born January 5, 1965, to Anne M. and George R. Lambrecht of Watertown, MN. She was preceded in death by grandparents, Theodore and Theresa Salonek and George A. and Louise Lambrecht, as well as nephew, Bryce. She is survived by parents, Anne and George; brothers, Joseph (Christa), Paul (Tracey), Jon (Sandy), Michael (Maile), and Nick (Jessica); nieces and nephews, Claire, Ava (Yoshi), Mya, Chelsie (Matt), Jacob, Collin, Andrew, Brooke, and Mia; Michael Morin, her life partner who she loved "to the moon"; along with Sarina and Kyle, their shared family; and a broad network of relatives and friends around the world. Ann graduated from the University of Minnesota before setting off on what would become her life's passion: exploring the world. In the years that followed, Ann traveled throughout Asia, Africa, Europe, and South America, generously sprinkling her magic along the way. A public celebration of life will be held September 26, from 2 PM to 4 PM, at the MN Landscape Arboretum, 3675 Arboretum Drive, Chaska. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred for the Ann Lambrecht Elan Design Scholarship Fund.
