Hadler, Marion Erna (nee Jaeger) age 86, of Roseville, Minnesota, passed away July 25, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty years, Frank Hadler. Marion is survived by her daughter, Janice (John) Apruzese; son, Bob (Barb) Hadler; and grandchildren Laura, Stephanie, and Emma. Marion was born March 11, 1927, in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. She and Frank married in 1948 and made their home in Kenosha, Wisconsin, where they raised their family and where Marion was employed by Sears for more than two decades. Marion volunteered with the Kenosha Chamber of Commerce as well as at the soup kitchen in Kenosha. Marion continued her active life of volunteer service when she moved to Roseville, Minnesota, in 1998. She served on the RosePointe Resident Council and was an active member and volunteer at Roseville Lutheran Church. Marion loved to knit, and she crafted countless hats for the Children's Home Society. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 3, at 11:00 am, preceded by one hour of visitation at Roseville Lutheran Church, 1215 Roselawn Avenue West, Roseville, Minnesota 55113. Interment will take place at Zur Ruhe Cemetery in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, on Monday, August 5, at 11:00 am. Memorials are preferred to Roseville Lutheran Church.
