Nikolai, Carol M. Age 90 of Edina, MN. Graduate of Madison, MN HS (1940) and St. Olaf College (1945). Executive secretary for 46 years at General Mills, retiring in 1992. Carol was an active member first of Bethlehem Lutheran Church and later of Woodlake Lutheran. Preceded in death by parents, Leo and Anna Nikolai and brother-in-law, Kenneth C. Bailey. Survived by sister, Dorothy Bailey; nieces, Linda (Ken) Holmen and Anne Bailey; nephew, Leigh Bailey (Freda Marver); grandnieces, Sarah (Jake) Veldman, Erin Holmen, Allison (Tyler) Trimberger; great-grandnephew & nieces, Connor, Annika and Hannah Veldman. Funeral service Wednesday, 3:30 PM, Woodlake Lutheran Church, 7525 Oliver Avenue So. with interment to follow at Lakewood Cemetery. Visitation one hour prior to service.
