Goble, Charles O. "Chuck" Age 77 of White Bear Lake. Retired 52 years from Dayton's/Target Corp. Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on May 25, 2016. Chuck was born to Charles and Elizabeth Goble on December 5, 1938 in St. Paul. He graduated Cretin HS in 1956 and attended the University of St. Thomas. Chuck was drafted to the US Army in 1961 and following his service in the military, he continued his lifelong career with Dayton's/Target Corp. Charles married Virginia "Ginny" Hockert in 1963. They raised their two children in Minneapolis. Chuck retired in 2009 and in retirement enjoyed traveling, genealogy, and long walks with Ginny. Chuck will be missed for his million dollar smile, his dry sense of humor, and his kind, caring, and fair nature. Chuck was preceded in death by his great-grandchild, Charlie Skogen. Survived by loving wife of 53 years, Ginny; children, Robert (Janet) and Susan (Noel) Skogen; grandchildren, Alex (Ashley) Skogen, Chris (Emily) Skogen, Emily Skogen, Olivia Goble and Andrea Goble; great-granddaughter, Korra Skogen; brother, David (Gail); and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM with visitation one hour prior to Mass on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at the Church of St. Genevieve Parish Community Center, 6995 Centerville Road, Centerville.
