Brown, Earl Frank age 75 of Rockford on February 22, 2013. Preceded in death by wife, Ruth and grandson, Timothy. Survived by 4 children, Dale (Babs) Brown, Dorothy (Brad) Bickmann, Bill Fournier, Shirley (David) Weeding; 3 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild; and sister, Linda Brown.
