Cote, Kristin Leigh Age 48, of Edina, passed peacefully at home after a long battle with cancer on September 19, 2012. Grew up in the Nisswa/ Brainerd area. Graduated from Brainerd High School and St. Cloud State. Married Bob Cote June 15, 1991 and they were blessed with 3 loving children. She enjoyed the beach, boating, running, and time with family and friends. Preceded in death by father, Robert Barsness. Survived by loving husband, Bob; children, Jon, Kevin and Kate; mother, Janet Barsness; siblings, Cheri (Steve) Olson, Brad (Temple) Barsness and Carla (Tom) Anderson; mother- and father-in-law, Carol and Randy Cote; sister-in-law, Barb (Paul) Harmon; brother-in-law, Dave (Cindi) Cote; many nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends; dogs, Mac and Scout. She will be deeply missed. Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, Sept. 25, 11:30 AM, with visitation 1 hour prior at the Church of St. Patrick, 6820 St. Patrick's Lane, Edina.
