Campbell, Janet J. age 79 of Corcoran. Passed away on 4/27/16. Preceded in death by her siblings. Survived by son Bruce (Marsha) and daughter Cheryl; grandsons Steven and Anthony. There's an old saying: "Who is wealthy? The one who is happy with their portion." This phrase truly described my mother. She was extraordinarily grateful for everything she had and everyone who helped her in her life. Thankfulness was only one of her many attributes, but the one I want to emphasize the most. Even as she faced the end of her journey, she would remark quite often about how lucky she was to have so many "awesome" people helping to treat her illness. She faced the end bravely, and told me many times "I'm not afraid. You don't need to be afraid." I want to honor her and her life. She set the bar high and hopefully I will be worthy of continuing her legacy. Celebration of Life service on Friday 5/6 at 11:00 am with visitation 1 hour prior at: www.
