Westphal, James R. Age 80, of Elk River. Passed away on Apr. 27, 2016 in Princeton, MN. Jim was an avid race fan, especially dirt track. Preceded in death by his parents, Robert & Mae; siblings, Eleanor, Willard, Kenneth (Joan), and Roger. Survived by his nieces & nephews, Denise (Robert), Kent, Curt, Gina, Doug, David, Elizabeth, and Robert; cousins, Ronnie and Elaine; other family and friends. Memorial service will be at 11 AM Sat., May 7, 2016 at St John Lutheran Church, 9231 Viking Blvd, Elk River, with visitation 1 hour prior to service. Interment St. John's Cemetery.
