Schaefer, Joan P. Age 83, passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2016 in Shoreview, MN. Preceded in death by parents, Al and Sunny Plante; sister, Nanette (Bob) Mountain; and son, Jim. Survived by daughter, Anne (Scott) Seaberg and their child Christie; son, Ken (Mary) and their children Joe (Julie), Tom, and Bill, and grandchildren Dan and Tony and their mother, Annette Adelmann. Also survived by a great-grandchild, nieces and nephews. Joan attended St. Mark's School and St. Paul Central High School. Member of St. Odilia's Catholic Church and Assumption Church in Richfield. Mass of Christian Burial 12 Noon, Friday, April 15, at the Church of St. Odilia, 3495 Victoria St. N., Shoreview. Visitation 4-8 PM Thursday at Willwerscheid Funeral Home, 1167 Grand Ave., St. Paul, 651-228-1006 and at church one hour before the Mass.
