Dvorak, Geraldine "Jerry" V. Age 90 of Anoka, formerly of Minnetonka, born in Shafer, MN passed away peacefully on 4/2/2016. Preceded in death by son Randolph Charles Dvorak and her husband George Caroll Dvorak. Survived by daughter-in-law Suzanne Schmidt and her husband Keith Schmidt; grandchildren, Melanie (Ben) Johnson, James Lindstrom, Emily (Brad) Hapka, Isabelle Schmidt, Benjamin Schmidt, Abigail Schmidt, Julianna Dvorak-Schmidt and Sophia Schmidt; great grandchildren Charles Johnson, Teagan Johnson and Oliver Hapka; nieces, nephews; other family and friends.
