Knuth, Rebecca Schroeder Age 49 of Eden Prairie, went to be with our Lord Dec. 29, 2010, after a courageous battle with breast cancer. Becky grew up in Mound, MN, attended Bethel College and was Office Manager for her brother's business Mainstream Consulting for 17 years. She loved quilting, cooking, camping and being a mother. Survived by husband of 11 years, Chuck; children, Jacob and Jeana; parents, Dennis and Margaret Schroeder; siblings, Kent (Michelle), Lynne (Elaine Walters) Schroeder and Corinne (Richard) Zabinski; 6 nieces and nephews. We will miss Becky; Chuck's best friend, loving mother, caring daughter, and loyal sister. We know Becky is in Heaven because of her faith in Jesus Christ and one day we will see her again. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers to Susan B. Komen Foundation, Angel Foundation or to the family.
