Koeppen, Steven P. Age 54, our beloved Husband, Dad, Son, Brother, Friend passed away on March 18, 2016. He was born March 26, 1961 in Lake City, IA, to Paul and Kay Koeppen. He is survived by his wife Kim, daughter Salli, son Dan (Alena) Caple, parents Paul and Kay, sister Stacey, parents-in-law Don and Joyce Vander Linden, brother-in-law Dan Vander Linden, and a bizillion friends. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday March 23, 2016 at 3:00 with visitation starting at 2:00 at the First Presbyterian Church of White Bear Lake,4821 Bloom Ave. White Bear Lake, MN.
