Survived by wife, Thelma (Lawman); sons, Jay (Carol), Randy (Kristin), Kevin (LuAnn), and Brian (Phuong Kim); 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Ethel Acko; brothers- in-law, Gordon (Ruth Lawman) and Melwin (Joyce) Lawman. Manager of FW Woolworth Store for 36 years and owned a hardware store in Humboldt, IA. Funeral service Saturday, 11 AM, Community United Methodist Church, 950 Gould Ave., Columbia Heights.
