Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, Oct. 8, 2010, at Rude's Funeral Home in Brookings, SD, with visitation from 11:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home. A memorial service will be held at a later time at the Guardian Angels Care Center in Elk River, MN. Doris is survived by her children, Tom (Judy) Stanley of Robbinsdale, MN, Dick (Daisy) Stanley of Elk River, Edd (Bobbi) Stanley of Duluth, MN, Steve (Kathy) Stanley of Cohasset, MN, Charlie (Susie) Stanley of Zimmerman, MN, Jim (Julie) Kuester of Denton, TX; 23 grandchildren; 38 great- grandchildren; one sister, Virginia Ryder of Deer River, MN.
