Boyer, Daniel Lee "Danny" of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Beloved brother and uncle, Dan died unexpectedly Tuesday June 15, 2010 at his home at age 56 years. He was born the son of the late Donald and Margaret (Gallaher) Boyer May 10, 1954 in Detroit and had resided in Minneapolis. He was a financial advisor for Ameriprise for 10 years. He is survived by 3 siblings, Mary Anne (Tom) Putt, Jane (Gary) Niedzielski, John Boyer; 4 nephews, Michael Tews, Ben (Nikki) Tews, John (Ashley) Putt; his godson, Patrick Putt; 1 great-niece, Anna Tews; 1 great-nephew, Dain Putt and many friends. In keeping with Dan's wishes, A memorial service will be held 7:00 p.m. Monday evening June 21, 2010 at the Auburn Chapel of the Cunningham-Taylor Funeral Homes, Inc. (989-662-4711). Rev. Robert G. Schmidt will officiate. Dan's family will receive friends at the Auburn Chapel on Monday from 2:00 p.m. until time of service. Danny touched everyone he met. His family and friends will always remember him for his big, "BIG" heart and his capacity for fun. Those wishing to contribute might consider Open Arms of Minnesota.
