Wanda E. Westin

Westin, Wanda E. 78, of Staples, passed away Thursday, Feb. 25, 2010 at her home. A Funeral Service will be held at 12 PM (Noon), Monday, March 1, 2010 at First Congregational Church in Staples with Pastor Muriel Hachfeld officiating. Friends are welcome to visit at the church on Sunday afternoon from 2-4 PM and one hour prior to services on Monday. Interment at Evergreen Hill Cemetery in Staples. Wanda is survived by her three daughters, Sandy (Terry) Wiczek of Apple Valley, Kris (Dick) Huebsch of Staples and Cheri (Tod) Swenson of Minneapolis. She has seven grandchildren, Michelle (Fritz) Kern, Stephanie (Greg) Haugen, Kari (Chris) Pfender, J.J. (Darren) Olson, Joseph (Lisa) Huebsch, Jacob Huebsch and Daniel Huebsch, eight great-grandchildren, one sister, Beverly (Clayton) Piepkorn and one brother, Rex (Ann) Lindblom. Wanda was a life-long member of the Congregational Church and leaves behind many friends and family members who will sadly miss her.
