Francis, Rochelle Age 78 died peacefully at Cerenity Senior Care in West St. Paul on February 7, 2016. Rochelle was preceded in death by her parents, James and Mary Johns; and her sister Valerie. She is survived by her children, Jonathan and Nicole; and siblings, Patti and Jim. Funeral Mass 11AM, Saturday, Feb. 13th at Holy Family Maronite Catholic Church, 1960 S.
