Johnson, Bradford Victor Herbert age 80, of Lakeville, Minnesota, died January 31, 2016. Predeceased by parents, Herbert and Olga Johnson and sister, Mavis Hall. Survived by wife, Audrey; children, Anne and Bradford, Jr. (Nicole Nader); grandchildren, Eva, Leo, and Lucy; sisters, Kay (Dennis) Palmquist and Linda (Michael) Schwartz. Brad was an all-state athlete at Lakeville High School. After graduation from Minnesota State University in Mankato, he attended Airforce Officers' Candidate School. He was commissioned an Air Force Lieutenant. After serving in the Air Force, he worked as a Project Administrator at Honeywell, until he and Audrey began their own business which is 50 years old this year. They were business partners in their real estate investment company, Johnson Companies, in Lakeville. Brad was also very active in the Lakeville community. He was an early member of the Lakeville Chamber of Commerce and served as its President. He and Audrey were named Business Persons of the Year in 2008 by the Lakeville Chamber of Commerce. He was a member of the Dakota County Planning Board for many years. For more than 25 years, he was a volunteer fireman and served as treasurer most of that time. He was a member of the Masonic Corinthian Lodge #67 and the Zuhrah Shrine. He and his family loved to travel. He especially enjoyed golf and fishing. He was an artist and enjoyed many kinds of art, but especially water color and porcelain painting.Funeral service will be held on February 4, 2016 at 11:00 am at St. John's Lutheran Church, 20165 Heath Avenue Lakeville, MN 55044, with visitation one hour before the service. Visitation also on February 3, 2016 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at White Funeral Home, 20134 Kenwood Trail, Lakeville, MN 55044. Interment West Christiania Cemetery, Lakeville.
