Golden, John J. age 72, of Golden Valley, entered eternal life on Thursday, January 28, 2016. Surviv-ed by his loving wife of 30 years, Diane (Binsfeld), daughters Anne Golden, Amy Ascheman (Brian); son Patrick (Lorrie); grandchildren Christopher, Katelyn, Sophia and Alexa; brothers and sisters, Patrick (Betty), Carol Bailey, Gene, Fred (Dianne), Mary Wolfe (Mike), Marilyn Fetter (Ray). Preceded in death by parents Christopher and Rose (Ludwikoski), brother Tom and sister Kathleen Harper. John graduated from Regis HS in Eau Claire and College of St. Thomas in St. Paul. His career spanned over 30 years at IDS, now Ameriprise, retiring in 1998 as VP of Sales Compensation. John was a sports enthusiast, fisherman, and loved life. Friends and family will miss his humor and generosity.
