Gustafson, Douglas R. Loving Husband, Father, Brother & Grandfather. Doug was born October 2, 1947 and died April 25, 2009 at the age of 61. He was preceded in death by parents, Raymond & Marion; in-laws, Arthur Coleman & Florence Coleman; and grandchild. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Janet; his beloved sons, Eric & Matt (fiancée, Deanne Grau); grandchildren, Haley & Layne; sister, Janine (Gerald) Gaboury; also many loving family & friends. Douglas was a retired Qwest employee. Funeral Service 11 AM Wednesday at GOOD SHEPHERD LUTHERAN CHURCH, 7600 Cahill Ave., IGH. Visitation 4-8 PM Tuesday at ROBERTS FUNERAL HOME, 8108 Barbara Ave., IGH. Also 10-11 AM prior to the service at church. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred. His family would like to thank his Hospice caregivers, Patty Spencer & Krista Wendal for their kindness and compassion during Doug's illness. You were our angles and we will never forget you.
