Ladwig, Violet C. "Vi" age 88 of Noko- mis Square, died December 27, 2008 at Walker Methodist Home. Retired from Sears Roebuck after 37 years. Volunteered at the VA Hospital (20 years-over 5,000 hours), life member of USS Yorktown VFW Auxiliary and Banner Lodge Degree of Honor. Survived by sister-in-law, Trudy Ladwig; cousins, Fred (Gail) Melichar, Marion Maas, Delores Sogge, Harold and Marvin Wendroth, Howard Bentz, Beverly Gorr and Viola Lenhardt. Service Tuesday 1:30 PM at the Morris Nilsen Chapel, 6527 Portland Ave. S. Interment Lakewood Cemetery. Visitation one hour prior to the service.
