Kramer, James D. "Famous" Age 75, of Minnetonka passed away December 26, 2015. Preceded in death by his parents, Christian and Helen Kramer. Jim, a well-respected commercial real estate appraiser since 1964 was awarded the Member Appraisal Institute (MAI) designation in 1972. In 1977 Jim founded Kramer Appraisal Service Inc and Real Estate Graphics Inc, a very successful mail order company. Jim loved his family, the outdoors and the Vikings. Jim's passion for life and health enriched the lives of everyone around him. Survived by his wife Mia; daughter, Stephanie (Dave Buchner); sons, Anthony; Jeffrey; and Joseph; stepsons Aja; Gabriel; Alex; grandchild, Clara Buchner; siblings, Edward (Mary); Arlene (Alan) Krebs; Nancy Kolinsky; Lawrence (Denyse); Paul (Shirley); many other relatives and friends. Memorial service Sunday, January 3, at 12:00 noon at St. Francis Liberal Catholic Church, 3201 Pleasant Avenue S., Mpls.
