Hansen, Jane Age 87, of Hopkins and Minnetonka, died peacefully on Dec. 11, 2015. She joined her husband and best friend Randy, who preceded her (2010), in heaven. Together with Randy, she was an active member of Faith Presbyterian Church and served the community as a Deacon, Stephen Minister, and ICA volunteer. Jane treasured her time with the Oatmeal Ladies and enjoyed many years of league bowling. Her warmth and kindness touched many lives. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Survived by daughters, Jennie (Paul) Hulse and Lucy (Daniel) Simonds; son Eric (Joe Tretter); grandchildren, Sarah, Michael, Jacob, and Eileen; cousins, nieces & nephews. Special thanks to the staff of Chapel View in Hopkins for their compassionate care. A Celebration Service to honor Jane's life will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 11:00 AM with visitation 1 hour prior, Faith Presbyterian Church, 12007 Excelsior Blvd. Minnetonka, MN. Interment following, Faith Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers to Augustana Care or Park Nicollet Foundation (Hospice).
