Peter J. Fabian

Fabian, Peter J. 93, passed away at the VAMC on Tuesday. Peter was born to the late Enoch and Mary (Pocketinshis) Fabian in Elko, Pennsylvania, PA. He married Elaine J. Rask on Oct. 19, 1946. Peter was a veteran of the US Navy and was the Hospital Corpsman Chief for the US Navy for 20 years until 1959. In 1959 he became a postal clerk for the Minneapolis Post Office until he retired in 1979. Peter is survived by his wife, Elaine; children, Wendy (David) Flynn of Stillwater, MN, Timothy of Venus, TX, Annette (Steve) Anderson of Mora, MN, and Gayle (Denny) Cosgrove of Sioux City, IA; 7 grandchildren and 1 great- grandchild. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 4 sisters. Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m. Saturday, July 12th, at the St. Cloud VAMC Chapel. Friends may call after 9 a.m. on Saturday at the chapel.
