Meyer, Helen Caroline of Columbia Heights. Our beautiful 92 year old mother, passed away peacefully on October 14, 2015 with family by her side. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and dear friend to many. We will always remember her for her kindness, sense of humor and smile. She was a wonderful cook, seamstress, friend and confidant. She never complained or spoke a bad word. We are so blessed to have had this lovely lady in our lives and we are all better people because of her. Our hearts are warmed by the thought of mom and dad together again. She definitely earned her spot in Heaven. Many thanks to the staff at Pearl Garden of St. Anthony and recently St. Therese of New Hope. We will be forever grateful for the excellent care and compassion you gave our mom. You are all angels. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, LeRoy "Bud" Meyer; parents; sister, Dorothy Lien; and brother, Edward Czupryna. Survived by children, Rick Meyer, Terry (Pam) Meyer, Patty (Tom) Kubalak, Barb (Jim) Scalise; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Henry Czupryna (Jean); brother-in-law, Dr. Henry Chakoian; many other family and friends.
