Jensen, Joy Age 83 of Eagan, formerly of River Falls, WI. Passed away peacefully October 3, 2015. Joy was born on September 28, 1932 in Ladysmith, WI. She married and eventually settled in River Falls, WI where the family purchased the River Falls Bakery and ran it for many years. Joy was an active bowler at Bud's Lanes, loved playing cards, traveling, dancing and socializing with family and friends. She also enjoyed over 30 years as a travel agent and the numerous friends she made throughout her career. Joy was always on the go, and when people met her, she was unforgettable. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. Her unique spirit and personality will live on thru all who knew her. Survived by her children, Diane (Tom) Vesey, David (Dawn), Joe (Lisa) and Daren (Ryan); grandchildren, Jillian (John) Frey, Brett (Erin) Vesey, Ashley (Chris) Howard, Jorden (Anie) Jensen, Leslie (Anthony) Foti, Skylar Jensen and Tristan Jensen; great-grandchildren, Olivia, Grant, Henry, Alys and Ayla Joy; siblings, Raymond (Rosemary) Baribeau, Clara Jean "Dee Dee" Waite, Larry Baribeau and Jerry (Jeannie) Baribeau. Preceded in death by parents, Raymond and Molly Baribeau; brother, George Baribeau. A gathering will be held from 2-7PM Wednesday October 7 at HOLCOMB-HENRY-BOOM-PURCELL, 515 Hwy 96 W., Shoreview.
