Gottstein, Leland Eudell Age 81, of Minnetonka, passed away peacefully on Sept. 5, 2007. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 59 years, Mary Berg Gottstein, and his parents, Rose and Nathan Gottstein. Survived by his daughters, Barbara Gottstein of St. Paul, Karen (Arthur) Hodes of West Long Branch, NJ, Marley Gottstein of Buffalo Grove, IL; son, Peter (Lisa) Gottstein of Deerfield, IL; grandchildren, Matthew, Michael (Heather), Jonathan (Jocelyn) and Joshua (Elizabeth) Hodes, Andrew and Rachel Silver, Samantha and Danielle Gottstein; brother, Jeremy (Carrie) Gottstein of Plymouth; sisters, Naomi (Laurence) Rivkin of San Diego, Corrine (Tom) Feinberg of Mtka., and Hynda (Maurie) Gamze of Highland Park, IL; numerous loving nieces and nephews and dear, life-long friends. A warm thank you to his very special and devoted secretary of 44 years, Rosemary Sjolsvold, and his kind and dedicated caregiver, Pat Beste. Leland was founder and owner of American Consulting Services and co-owner of Roto Rooter with his father, Nathan Gottstein. Funeral service SUNDAY, Sept. 9, 10:30 AM at BETH EL SYNAGOGUE, 5224 W. 26th St., St. Louis Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Beth El Synagogue or Talmud Torah of Mpls.
