Roy Walter Tennison

Tennison, Roy Walter Born Oct. 31, 1915 in Nowthen, MN. Died peacefully July 7, 2007 during a family visit. Roy, and wife Lois, ran the Trolley Diner in St. Francis in the 50's, was Justice of the Peace and on City Council in the 60's. After retirement from Grain Belt Brewing, he enjoyed playing cards, fishing and being a grandfather. Preceded in death by friend and former wife, Peggy Swanson. Survived by children, Sheila, Jerry, Wayne; grandchildren, Terri, Angie, Elijah, Alex; great-grandchildren, Dylan, Lacie, Tyler, Evelyn; sisters, Jenny, Ida; 14 nieces and nephews; and friend and former wife, Lois Tennison. Memorial service 11 AM on Thursday, July 12 at St. Francis United Methodist Church.
