Harris, Laurel Ann fondly known as Laurie, was born on January 26, 1937, in Minneapolis, MN, to George and Mabel Halvorson and passed away at age 87 on April 17, 2024, in Fridley, MN. Laurie had many professional and personal achievements throughout her life. She and Dick created many memories at "the lake", and enjoyed their winters in Naples, Florida. But above it all she loved spending time with her family and friends. Laurie will forever be remembered and dearly missed by her husband of 62 years, Richard; daughters, Paula (Steve) Kays and Ann (Don) Leaf and her cherished grandchildren: Leah, Grace, Lucy, and Mikey. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, April 26, 2024, with a visitation one hour before at St. Philip's Lutheran Church, 6180 Hwy 65 NE in Fridley.
