Jorgensen, Marlene Janet a resident of Minneapolis, Minnesota, passed away on March 27th. Marlene was born in Dickinson, North Dakota, on June 14th, 1933 to Phillip and Isabelle (nee Flynn) Ell. After graduating from Roosevelt High School in 1951, Marlene then went into the field of study of Philosophy/Theology & Art at Augsburg College, and graduated, with Dean's List Honors, in December of 1977. In 1952, Marlene married Robert Walter Jorgensen. Marlene worked as a fine jewelry specialist for JCPenney. She also served as a Sunday School teacher at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church, in Minneapolis. Marlene is preceded in death by her infant son, Robert Jorgensen, her former husband, Robert W. Jorgensen, her older brother, Ronald F. Ell, and her younger brother, Flynn J. Ell. Marlene is survived by her three children, Debra Lee (Brad Fader), son Richard Jorgensen, Shelley O. (Kyle Hansen), grandchildren, Rachel (Rich Mastrogiacomo), Blake Jorgensen, Travis (Sally) Jorgensen, William (Maddie) Olson, Michael Olson, and Jacob (Sheridan) Olson, great-grandchildren, Chiara Mastrogiacomo, Emery Jorgensen, and Rocco Mastrogiacomo.
