Lundgren, Beverly B. Age 91 of Prior Lake passed away at home on April 2, 2024. Preceded in death by son, David and husband, Wayne. Survived by sons, Dwayne and Douglas; grandsons, Jake and Josh. Beverly was born May 24, 1932 in North Branch, MN, the daughter of Floyd and Elvina Bellin. She graduated from North Branch High School and University of Minnesota. Bev and Wayne raised their three sons in South Minneapolis. When the boys moved out Beverly designed an earth home they built and moved into in Prior Lake in 1983. Beverly had a long and varied career in home economics, interior design and gardening. She was a consumer advocate for the University of Minnesota, writer for St. Paul Dispatch and SuperValu, home designer/renovator, food stylist for Fingerhut Corp. and taught gardening classes in Scott County.
