Glynn, Steven Lawrence age 74, passed away on Sunday January 28, 2024, at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center after suffering a long battle from the effects of agent orange exposure, making him another casualty of the Vietnam War. Born on July 25, 1949, Minneapolis, MN with his twin sister Susan. He grew up as one of eight siblings in Columbia Heights and was a graduate of the Class of 1967. Steven was the former owner of Glynn's Northeast Electric in Columbia Heights. Preceded in death by his parents Leo & Marjorie Glynn, and nephew Patrick Glynn. Survived by devoted brothers and sisters: Barbara Pilney (John), Marilyn Turner (Jack), Michael Glynn (Dianne), Susan Glynn, Lisa Christopherson (Charlie), Cindy Glynn, John Glynn (Debbie) and many loving cousins, nieces, nephews and wonderful friends. Also survived by the special family of Mark & Sarah Lee and their children and all the extended Schueller family. NOTE: A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, April 7, 2024, at Banquets of Minnesota, 6310 Hwy 65 NE, Fridley, 3PM -7PM with a short service at 4PM, followed with food and beverages. Memorials preferred to the Disabled American Veterans or the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund. Thanks to the Minneapolis VA for their unlimited support. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery Tuesday, May 7, 2024, 1PM.
