Fuehrer, Mark L. age 79 of Bloomington, MN. Passed away on January 21st, 2023. Mark was a professor of Philosophy at Augsburg University. His areas of interest were ancient and medieval philosophy. He translated many manuscripts and wrote several books tracing the history of ideas through leading medieval thinkers. Mark was awarded a Fullbright. The Encyclopedia of Philosophy has published his articles on St Albert the Great. He was preceded in death by his parents, and by daughter, Elisa. Mark was a loving and devoted family man to his wife Sharon, son Erik, and grandchildren, Tessa and Vera. They will miss his love, wisdom and humor. A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, April 30th at Cremation Society of Minnesota 7110 France Ave S. Edina 55435 from 1-4 pm. 952-232-5777
