Hofstedt, Ronald Age 88 of St. Louis Park, MN, died peacefully February 15 at Wellstead of Rogers with family by his side. Survived by children, Jolyn (Roger) Horton, Scott (Julie) and Mitchell (Kristine); grandchildren, Christopher (Emily), Jeremy (Meika), Kerry, Carly, Ryan (Bonnie), Kayla, and Sam; great grandchildren, Amelia, Maddison and Rudy; and brother Pete. Preceded in death by beloved wife of 56 years, Ardell, parents Rudolph and Florence. Ron was born/raised in Wheaton, MN, graduated from Concordia College- Moorhead MN, and worked for Cargill for almost 30 years. He loved family, friends and time at the lake. Thanks to those at Wellstead/Diamondcrest who showed love for and care of not just Ron but our entire family. Memorials to: Wheaton MN High School Athletics, or the Alzheimer's Association.
