Peterson, Stanley J. Our beloved husband and father, Stan, age 92 of Plymouth, MN passed away peacefully on January 23, 2023. Preceded in death by parents and brother Gerald. Stan was raised in Belgrade, MN. He served in the Air Force in CO and then finished his degree at the U of MN. He worked his entire career at Midland National Bank, now Wells Fargo. Stan married Elaine in 1959. They raised their 2 children in New Hope, MN, making long-time friends in the neighborhood and at church. Stan enjoyed gardening, watching local sports, traveling the U.S. and serving the Lord through church work. His children and grandson brought him joy, especially when he was no longer able to be active. He often expressed his deep love and gratitude for Elaine's care over the past few years. Stan is survived by wife, Elaine; son Scott; daughter Marnae (Brad) Troxel and grandson Paul Troxel. Funeral service Wed., Feb. 1, 11:00 AM at St Philip the Deacon Lutheran Church, Plymouth.
