Howard James Prentice

Prentice, Howard James of Mpls, 89, passed away Nov 29, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family. Aug 7, 1954, he married Arlene Ahrens and worked as a Mpls firefighter from 1965 unitl his retirement. He enjoyed, watching the Vikings and golf. He was also a fun loving guy to all. Survivors include: children Pam, Diane, Scott (Patty), Rhonda and Cheryl; 14 grandchildren, 14 great-grandkids; sister MaryAnn Krolick. Preceded in death by his wife Arlene (2019), daughter Linda (2020), sisters Betty and LeVonne. Funeral Service: 12/6/22 at Cremation Society, 7171 France Ave S. Vistation 4-5 pm with service at 5 pm and reception to follow for both Jim and Arlene will be held together.
