Gleason, Jim passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, 11/30/22. Jim was born on August 20, 1945 and raised in Currie, MN, and enlisted in the US Navy and served on the USS Morton, Jim was a very proud Veteran. Growing up Jim was very involved with stock car racing and won many awards and also active in bowling tournaments. Jim's career was in the scrapping business an enjoyed working with everyone. Jim was a generous man and a friend to many. Jim is survived by his brother Darrell (Renee) special friend Mary Mahoney, Brie, Ross, Joe, Mya Wydeven and the Haller Family as well as many nieces and nephews. Services will be held at Gil Brothers, 9947 Lyndale Ave S, Bloomington, MN on Thursday 12/8/22 between 2-5 p.m. He will be laid to rest at a later date at Fort Snelling GILLBROTHERS.com 952-888-7771
