Neuman, Frank left us at age 99. A Holocaust survivor from Poland, Frank came to Minnesota in 1950. After raising a family and owning a men's clothing store in Golden Valley, Frank moved to Scottsdale, Arizona, and married his wife, Phyllis, who was by his side for forty-eight years. Frank was preceded in death by his three children, Henry Neuman, Allan Neuman, and Barbara Cannon; and grandson, Taylor Neuman. Survived by his wife, Phyllis; grandson, Alex Cannon; daughter-in-law, Jeri Mesh- besher (Steve Perlman); son-in-law, Steve (Nancy) Meshbesher, and their families. Refined and exacting, yet enduring and practical, Frank expressed his love through his work ethic and his delight in family and friends.
