Bohanon, Elaine (Jesse) age 92 of Bloomington, formerly of Crystal and Mpls, passed away on 10/21/21. Preceded in death by husband, John; parents, Helmuth and Hildegard and brother, Tom. Survived by children, Peg, Kathy, Mike (Lise) and Barb Roberts (Mickey McBain); honorary daughter, Diana Williams; granddaughter, Samantha; great-granddaughters, Millie and Victoria; and great- grandson, Briley; nieces and nephews. Elaine graduated from Mpls North High School. Retired from IDS. She was a long time volunteer at North Memorial Hospital, St. Therese Home and Robbinsdale School District, especially performing with Story Theater. She also sang with the the St. Alphonsus Choirs. Family would like to thank Health Partners Hospice for the loving care provided. Mass of Christian Burial was held Thursday 10/28 at 11 AM with vistation 1 hour prior at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 7025 Halifax Ave N, Brooklyn Center. Family requests masks be worn at all times and because of this there will be no reception. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Alzheimer's Association (alz.org).
