Barbara Jean (Baierl) Daas

Daas, Barbara Jean (Baierl) Age 73 of St. Paul. Passed away on August 27, 2021. She is survived by her husband of 52 years Patrick Daas, son Robert (Gail Odeen) Daas, daughter Karen (Danny Barth) Daas, grandson Benjamin Daas, sisters Jane (David) Klimek, Lea (Bruce) Godfrey, Lori (Bob) Chinn, brothers- and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Wilfred Baierl, stepfather Leander Daas, mother Anna Daas (Monn), sister Jann (Ken) Lindstrom, and brother Ken (Linda) Baierl. Barb was born and raised in St. Paul. She attended St. Patrick's grade school and Johnson high school. She worked at the Board of Nursing until becoming a stay-at-home mom. She was incredibly loved by all who knew her. She will be remembered for hugging everyone she met, keeping her own scorecard at softball games, her magnet collection, her wonderful food, and her love of family. She will be missed greatly by her family and friends. Arrangements are pending.
