Terry, Norma Jean Age 89 of Edina passed away peacefully at NC Little Hospice on July 24, 2021. Preceded in death by husband Forrest; brother Ross Taylor; and son-in-law Harvey Kimball. Survived by children Ruth Kimball, Paul (Stephanie) Terry; and David (Karla) Terry; 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; brothers Glenn and Curt (Janet) Taylor. Norma was born and raised in Minneapolis, MN. She enjoyed learning, reading and music. Norma met her future husband and love of her life, Forrest at a dude ranch in Arizona where he was working at the time. She had a love for horses which brought her to the ranch. They fell in love, moved back to Minnesota and married in 1952. While raising their young family, they spent most summer weekends in northern Minnesota at their lake cabin at Little Sturgeon Lake. Norma loved the lake life, their lake friends, summer activities for all of the family. In her later years, she and Forrest retired to live at their lake cabin near Moose Lake. They lived in Phoenix many years during the winter months. Norma spent her last few weeks at NC Little Hospice in Edina, MN where she received excellent care and attention. Memorial service 2:00 PM Sunday, August 1st with visitation beginning at 1:00 PM at Washburn-McReavy Edina Chapel, West 50th St. and Vernon Ave. at Hwy 100.
