Martin, "Ted" Thomas Frederick March 23, 1978 - May 25, 2021 Beloved husband, son, brother, and father, Ted left this world at the age of 43 years following a tragic accident while road biking. He was born and died in Minneapolis but filled his life with worldly travels and friendships attached to every place he went. A talented architect at PKA Architecture and married to the love of his life, Joy Rackley Martin, he shared a passion for living, biking, and giving to those in need. Survived by his wife Joy Rackley Martin, their two children Caroline (9 yo) and Oliver (8 yo), his mother, Margery Hickey Martin, step father Daniel Heskett Feidt, father, Frederick Kane Martin, step mother, Susan Marie Martin, brothers, Peter Hickey Martin (Anjana Venkat Martin), William Kohlhaas Martin, and numerous loving relatives, step siblings, nieces, and nephews. Ted poured his heart and soul into everything he did, and was a devoted father who loved spending time with his children. He will be missed by so many, near and far. Visitation: Thursday, June 3rd, 2:30-6:30 PM, Washburn-McReavy Funeral Home, 5000 W 50th St, Edina. Funeral service: Friday, June 4th, 11:30 AM, St Marks Episcopal Cathedral, 519 Oak Grove St, Minneapolis. Reception following at St. Mary's Greek Orthodox Church, 3450 Irving Ave. S, Minneapolis. Final resting place at the Lakewood Cemetery Garden Mausoleum. Private ennichement. Live streaming available for the church service, registration required for in person attendance.
