Pavlak, Betty 91, of Bloomington, MN, passed away on January 7, 2021 after a brief illness. Betty was born in Browerville, MN to Philip and Mary Host on April 19, 1929. She married Len in 1948. She worked for many years at Sears and Lifetouch. Betty's life revolved around her large, extended family. Family gatherings, large and small, were always on the calendar. There were usually cards involved, lots of food, and always a fresh dessert to share. Betty loved her embroidery, especially the towels she made for Urban Growler Brewing Co. Betty was the last surviving of 13 children. She is preceded in death by her husband, Len; son-in-law, Keith; siblings, Ed, Eileen, Anna Irene, Anna, Lorraine, Rita, Marie, Dorothy, Vennette, Phil, Leo, and Terry. Betty is survived by her children, Cyndy Welter, Reg (Kathy) Pavlak, Kim (Bob) Pederson, Rod (Patty) Pavlak, and Jill (Deb Loch) Pavlak; her 17 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; godchildren; nieces and nephews; sister-in-law Peg (Jack) Iverson; and dear friends and neighbors, Pat and Paul. Visitation will be Thursday January 14th from 9-10:30 am at Gill Brothers Funeral Chapel, 9947 Lyndale Ave S, Bloomington. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday January 14th 11am at the Church of St. Edward, 9401 Nesbitt Ave S, Bloomington. Mass will be live-streaming at stedwardschurch.org/funerals/.
