Woelfle, Jochen On Tuesday, November 24th, Jochen Woelfle, loving father, grandfather, brother, and uncle, passed away peacefully at 84 years young. He was an avid nature lover, professional & family photographer, and loved to ride bicycles - and at one time, his motorcycle. He would spend hours upon hours at Springbrook Nature Center waiting for the perfect picture or just to take a stroll. He was known for his sweet nature, kind words, and willingness to help anyone who needed it at a moment's notice. He was a devout Christian and loyal to his church since becoming a dedicated member and camera man in 1988. He is now in the arms of our Lord, free from the grips of Parkinson's and Diabetes, riding his bicycle on the golden streets of Heaven. Preceded in death by parents, Erich and Johanna, son, David Woelfle, and daughter, Valerie Wilson. Survived by children, Hans Woelfle (Shari), Heidi LaCrosse (Mark), Christine Fairchild, Eric Woelfle (Katie), Angela Fortgang (Jesse), Paul Woelfle, brother Ingo Wolfe (Mary), sister Brigitta Koch (Heinz), many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-nieces & nephews. Funeral service to be held at Emmanuel Christian Center in Fridley. Due to Covid, attendance is for immediate family only.
