Woods, Merida (Pleasance) Age 76 of Minnetonka, Minnesota passed away peacefully November 9th 2020. Preceded in death by husband, William; and two brothers. Survived by daughter, Judy (Bruce) Welty; sons, Chris, Gary and William (Nikki) Woods; along with 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; three sisters; two brothers; and many loving relatives and friends. Merida was born and raised on a farm in Cavalier, ND where she graduated from high school in 1962. She attended the University of ND at Grand Forks. Merida enjoyed her time traveling while working for the airlines. Following her time with the airlines she became a fulltime homemaker. In her free time she enjoyed living on the Treasure Coast of Florida, golfing, tennis, cooking, sewing, gardening, singing and dancing. Private family interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
