Arroyo, Carol J. Passed away peacefully in the comfort of her own home on the early morning of June 4, 2020. Carol is preceded in death by husband, Juan Arroyo, mother, Selina O'Neil and father, Charles J. O'Neil. Carol was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Carol is survived by her children: Charles (Kate), Jol (Andrea), Linda (Ashley) and Fredo (Gloria); four grandchildren: Andrew, Joshua, Gabby and Sam.
